Chelsea are getting closer to signing Ajax defender Jorrel Hato, as the summer transfer window heats up. The Blues are in advanced discussions with the Dutch club and are prepared to pay around €40 million for the 18-year-old talent.
Hato has already agreed personal terms and has pulled out of Ajax’s pre-season matches as he waits for the move to be completed. Chelsea are hopeful that a full agreement will be reached soon.
The London club are not stopping there. Talks have also been held with RB Leipzig for Xavi Simons, with a €70 million deal in the works. The 22-year-old has reportedly agreed to a seven-year contract.
Luis Diaz – Liverpool to Bayern Munich
Luis Diaz is on his way out of Anfield as Liverpool prepare to sell the Colombian forward to Bayern Munich.
The two clubs have agreed on a total deal worth €75 million, and Diaz is expected to arrive in Germany for a medical by Tuesday.
Bayern moved fast to sign Diaz, and the player is said to be excited about the new challenge.
Alexander Isak – Newcastle to Liverpool

Liverpool are planning a massive offer, but Newcastle are not eager to sell, even though Isak himself is open to joining the Reds.

Reiss Nelson – Arsenal to Fulham
Reiss Nelson might be leaving Arsenal for good this summer. Fulham are in advanced talks with the Gunners to bring the winger back to Craven Cottage. Nelson spent last season on loan with Fulham and impressed during his time there.
Fulham now want to bring him in either on another loan with an option to buy or on a permanent deal. Arsenal would prefer a loan deal that comes with an obligation to buy, instead of just an option.
Arsenal have also thought about including Nelson in a possible swap deal for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze, but Fulham remain the favourites to sign the 25-year-old.
Joao Felix – Chelsea to Al-Nassr
Joao Felix is close to joining Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia after a disappointing time at Chelsea. The forward, who joined the Blues for €52 million last year, is set to leave for just €30 million.
Al-Nassr moved quickly to agree on a deal, and Felix is already in Saudi Arabia to complete the transfer. The move will see him team up once again with Cristiano Ronaldo, his international teammate.
Chelsea have also included a strong sell-on clause in the deal, which means they could earn more money if Al-Nassr sell Felix in the future. Benfica were also interested in the player, but the Saudi offer was too good to turn down.
James Trafford – Burnley to Manchester City
James Trafford is close to making a surprise return to Manchester City just one year after leaving. City sold the goalkeeper to Burnley for €17 million in 2023 but included a buy-back clause and a sell-on percentage in the deal.
Now, with Newcastle trying to sign Trafford, City have decided to match their offer and bring the England international back. The total fee will be around €30 million.
Pep Guardiola sees Trafford as a strong backup option or possibly a long-term replacement in goal.
