Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has begun training with Turkish giants Beşiktaş ahead of his highly anticipated debut against St Patrick’s Athletic in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.
The Nigerian international, who recently joined Beşiktaş from Leicester City in an €8 million deal, took part in his first full training session with the squad. The club shared images and clips of Ndidi in action on their official social media channels, which quickly went viral among fans.

Beşiktaş are set to face St Patrick’s Athletic in the second leg of their Europa Conference League qualifier on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The Turkish side holds a commanding 4-1 lead from the first leg and will be looking to seal progression to the next round.
