Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has become the centre of a social media storm after Besiktas supporters hijacked his Instagram account, urging him to join the Turkish giants this summer.
The England international, currently part of United’s so-called “bomb squad” and training away from the first team, has seen his latest post flooded with over five million comments, many simply reading: “Come to Besiktas.”
Besiktas President Confirms Interest
Besiktas club president Serdal Adali has publicly admitted he is keen to bring Sancho to Istanbul. Speaking to Turkiye Today, Adali said:
- “Just as much as the community wants him, I want him too. What matters is not only our desire, but also if the player wants to come to Turkey. We have a budget, and we will do our best to bring him here.”
- He acknowledged that high-profile players like Sancho often prefer Champions League clubs but reassured fans that the club would pursue the move if possible.
Transfer Tug-of-War Expected

Sancho’s situation remains unresolved, with interest also reported from Juventus, Inter Milan, Roma, and his former club Borussia Dortmund.
A move to Besiktas could see him reunite with former Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but competition for his signature could intensify as the summer transfer window enters its final weeks.
The winger will be eager to find a resolution soon, as United are set to begin their Premier League campaign against Arsenal.
