Riyad Mahrez’s wife, Taylor Ward, broke down in tears as she said she ‘doesn’t have any choice’ but to move to Saudi Arabia with her husband, as she admitted she had a ‘freak out’ when the reality of life in the conservative country dawned on her.

Ward discusses move from Manchester City
In the latest episode on Prime Video, “Married to the Game,” Ward disclosed that she was not aware of her husband’s impending move to the Saudi Arabian-based team.
In the first episode of the show, Ward broke down in tears when speaking to her sister Darby, saying that she felt like she had “no choice” but to move to Saudi Arabia.
”I feel like everyone is going to be all over the place, it is just going to be so hard, life is going to be so different,’ Ward said, according to the Daily Mail.
”I feel like it is so hard, there are times I can’t, I just don’t like it.
”We have to talk about something else, I can’t stop crying.
”I don’t like it, I don’t have any choice.’, she added.
Expressing how overwhelming the sudden move was, Ward explained that Marhez, under short notice, had informed her they would be leaving Manchester City and moving to Jeddah, saying ”It’s part of the game, innit”, after she had complained that she would have to sit at home alone in a new city.
The show, slated to premiere on February 23, will show how the Mahrez family has adjusted to life in Saudi Arabia.
