At the forefront of this discussion is indispensable captain Bruno Fernandes. His goal-scoring prowess is pivotal for United. He has knack for creating opportunities especially in crucial moments. Despite occasional dips in form, Fernandes remains cornerstone of the team’s attacking strategy. He should undoubtedly stay.

Another player who deserves place in United’s future plans is young sensation Alejandro Garnacho. He burst onto the scene with his goal-scoring exploits. Among rising stars Kobbie Mainoo stands out for his confidence, skill and maturity beyond years. Despite his youth Mainoo has already demonstrated his worth with breathtaking performances. He also has all-around footballing ability. Similarly, Rasmus Hojlund‘s emergence as a vibrant striker signals a promising future. It merits his retention in the squad. Amad Diallo though had very few minutes due to the coach decision, anytime he came on, he has always shown his worthwhile talent. With additional minutes, he his bound to be a top winger.

Contemplating Departures

While some players have undoubtedly made their mark, others have struggled to justify their place in the team. Scott McTominay, despite his occasional goal-scoring heroics has shown limitations in his overall footballing ability. This raises doubts about his suitability for United’s ambitions.
