According to reports, Chelsea have stepped up their attempts to bring in long-term target Victor Osimhen to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea is willing to include Romelu Lukaku and Cesare Casadei in a deal with Napoli in order to lower the cost of obtaining Osimhen, according to TEAMtalk.
Meanwhile, Sports Buddy recently reported that Chelsea and Napoli and Chelsea have agreed a basic agreement for Romelu Lukaku, subject to Super Eagle’s striker Victor Osimhen’s future.

Napoli are resigned to losing Osimhen this summer, with Lukaku being their number one target to replace him, according to many reports.
Chelsea on the other hand, among several clubs had initially shown interest in Victor Osimhen but reports claim the two-time Champions League winners pulled out due to the Nigerian’s injury problems.
Lukaku, who is currently on Chelsea’s books, has now been included in a swap deal plus cash and another player, in order to bring Osimhen to chelsea.
However, neither Osimhen’s team nor Chelsea have commented on the situation.
