In the UEFA Champions League match between Bayer Leverkusen and Feyenoord, Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface delivered a moment of brilliance that helped Bayer Leverkusen secure a 4-0 victory.
Boniface also mimicked the move used by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry of performing a shot pass that paved the way for the creation of the second goal in the match.

“Boni Trick” Leaves Teammates Impressed
Xabi Alonso described Boniface’s creative pass and a skilful feint that wrong-footed the Feyenoord defenders as creative brilliance.
Alonso revealed, speaking to DAZN as quoted by Sportsbuzzer, “I had nothing to do with it. That’s his quality and a Boni trick.”
Granit Xhaka, who has seen Boniface perform this move in training, wasn’t surprised either. He noted, “If it works, we’re happy. If it doesn’t work, he has to keep his actions a bit simpler.”
In a recent report from Sportsbuddy, Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface has opened his heart and looked back at how he feels to have played his first match in the UEFA Champions League.

“That’s his signature move. He’s the best at it in the world of football. He can do extraordinary things with the ball Wirtz elucidated. Boniface didn’t score; his clever pass to Jeremie Frimpong, which led to Alejandro Grimaldo’s goal, was a defining moment in the match.
