Despite opening his Galatasaray account with a brace, Victor Osimhen failed to see a perfect end to his night as his team threw a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 against Kasimpasa on Saturday evening.
Victor Osimhen’s brace

The Nigerian striker had opened the scoring for the Asian in the 20th minute with a composed finish from a few yards out after getting on the end of a half-space cross.

Osimhen then completed his brace eight minutes later with a spectacular left-footed volley to double the lead for Okan Buruk’s side before Mauro Icardi extended the advantage in the thirty-fourth minute.
Sloppy Galatasaray performance renders Osimhen’s brace less effective

While Osimhen celebrated his first goals for Galatasaray, a sloppy performance from his new-club would then see a three-goal lead blown away as fellow Super Eagles star Kenneth Omeruo’s side fought back to see the game end in a draw.
Meanwhile, Omeruo was denied a prolonged challenge with his countryman on the opposing team as an early exit saw Osimhen’s night end after being substituted due to injury.
The draw would come as a huge blow for Osimhen, who would have hoped his goals earned his team the maximum points.
