Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman has caught the attention of top European clubs after a remarkable 2023-2024 season.
Lookman’s contributions helped Atalanta secure the Europa League title, while his performances were also crucial in leading the Super Eagles to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final.
With 27 goal involvements—17 goals and 10 assists—across 45 games, the 27-year-old was deservedly voted Atalanta’s Player of the Season for the second consecutive year.
Although Lookman was linked with Paris Saint-Germain in August, PSG coach Luis Enrique opted to rely on internal options rather than pursue a transfer.

Rumors also tied him to West Ham United and Bayern Munich, though no move materialized.
Alessandro Barison, agent of Leicester City’s Caleb Okoli and a close observer of Lookman, anticipates that the winger could join a major European club next summer.
“I think that next year he could go and play for some big European team,” Barison said, praising Lookman’s humility and exceptional talent.” he said speaking to OKC.
Okoli’s Move to Leicester City and Italy’s Call-Up
Barison also shared insights on his client Caleb Okoli’s summer transfer to Leicester City. Despite offers from Germany, Spain, France, and Italy, Okoli prioritized a Premier League move, signing a five-year contract with Leicester in July.
“His dream was to go to the Premier League,” Barison explained. The young center-back’s swift decision saw negotiations conclude within five days.
Okoli, eligible for both Italy and Nigeria, has been included in Italy’s squad for upcoming UEFA Nations League matches and could make his international debut against Belgium.
A cap-tying appearance would solidify his commitment to Italy, a significant step in the defender’s career.
