A Green Oasis: The New Eagles Stadium

The Eagles, slated to confront England in their Euro 2024 group this summer, are in the process of constructing a cutting-edge stadium on the outskirts of Belgrade, the nation’s capital.

Scheduled for completion by December 1, 2026, this new venue promises to redefine the concept of a sports arena with its unique design and lush surroundings.

A unique architectural marvel

Designed by a prominent Spanish architectural firm known for their innovative approach, the stadium features a distinctive “garden” facade. This design incorporates four suspended rings covered in greenery, creating a harmonious blend of nature and modernity.

The Stadium will seat 52,00 people

The stadium’s exterior is set to be a visual spectacle, offering spectators and passersby alike a refreshing sight.

Additionally, the surrounding area will be transformed with a variety of amenities, including kiosks, restaurants, leisure areas, three parks, a water sports center, and golf courses.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic visited the construction site before the commencement of work and expressed his belief that the stadium will rank among the top three most beautiful arenas globally.

“Today is a big day for football. Today is a day we should all rejoice.

“We will get a magnificent building which is currently and which in the coming period will be the most beautiful or among the three most beautiful stadiums [in the world],” he said, as per The Sun.
